Napier

Free delivery is offered to Napier residents.
When you choose the shipping option at
checkout, just pick the "collect" option and
we will telephone you to arrange delivery.

Hawke's Bay Courier
$5.50 (incl GST)

North Island courier
$9.50 (incl GST)

South Island courier
$16.50 (inc GST)

NOTE:  We are the only British shop in New Zealand not charging a rural surcharge!

Delivery Standards
We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24hrs of receipt.  Orders received during the weekend or on public holidays will be dispatched on the Monday or next working day.  

Courier
Packages should normally be delivered within 1-2 working days after dispatch (North Island) and within 2-3 working days after dispatch (South Island).

PLEASE NOTE ...... Unfortunately, the courier companies are unable to deliver to PO Boxes at this stage.

Payment Options - Napier Residents

We are happy to accept telephone orders and will deliver FREE within the Napier urban district. Simply decide what treats you want, then phone us on 844 1613 and we will put your order together.

Once ready, we will phone you, let you know the total value of your order and arrange a suitable delivery time. Local deliveries are strictly "cash on delivery" or you can direct debit our bank account. We can also accept credit card payments over the phone, so there are plenty of options to get all your favourite goodies!
