No longer will visiting relatives have to fly with suitcases packed with Jaffa Cakes, Polo Mints and Bisto (unless you enjoy giving the Customs officials something to laugh at!).

Gourmet Memories - we know British Food!

Gourmet Memories is one of the oldest British food shops in New Zealand. We've been around for 6 years, giving good, old-fashioned, quality customer service! Our range of premium quality foods is constantly changing, and if you don't see the product you want, contact us and we will try to get it for you. So forget standing in a New Zealand supermarket queue.  Come to the people who really know British food, and we'll deliver right to your door!

Payment Options - Napier Residents

We are happy to accept telephone orders and will deliver FREE within the Napier City area. Simply decide what treats you want, then phone us on 844 1613 and we will put your order together.

Once ready, we will phone you, let you know the total value of your order and arrange a suitable delivery time. Local deliveries are strictly "cash on delivery" or you can direct debit our bank account. We can also accept credit card payments over the phone, so there are plenty of options to get all your favourite goodies!

Visit our Retail Outlet

You can find us at the Napier Sunday Morning Market every week. The market is on Marine Parade, next to the skate rink and operates from 8.00am - 1.00pm. We won't be there if it's raining heavy, but you probably won't be either!

So, if you live in the Hawke's Bay, or are visiting, come along and see us. We would love to meet you.

We stand by every product we sell, 100%!  If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality, we will put it right, no questions asked. In common with all British shops in New Zealand, we sell products that are occasionally past their "Best By" Date. This date is a guide only, and we regularly carry out quality checks on these products to ensure you receive a quality product - every time!
